Tech Connect Local is a digital literacy project established in North Wicklow and South County Dublin to empower diverse groups in society with digital literacy skills. The idea is to provide basic training on appropriate technology such as on touch screen tablet computers and smart phones. It is hoped that groups can then meet on a regular basis to perfect these digital skills amongst themselves and to share these new skills with other members of the community.
